Dangie Construction’s employees have a long history of service in the Southeast and we are proud of their many contributions to building programs throughout this area.  Our top priority is to deliver quality projects on time and in budget which is what all of our clients have come to expect. Our talented and skilled people along with their proven performance and our guarantee to complete projects on time and in budget have gained us the trust of our clients and the community.
  

Organizational Structure

Dangie Construction is a privately held corporation in Columbus, Georgia. Our strong company culture, combined with the centralization of our employees and support services provide our clients with consistent services. We staff every project with a dedicated construction team and full-time on-site Superintendents. 

 Workload Capacity and Scheduling

Dangie Construction is selective and, therefore, will only work on a select number of projects at any one time. This philosophy allows us to keep our focus, deliver a high level of service, and provide involvement from our Company principles to ensure each projects success.

All projects are scheduled on a Construction Project Management Computerized Flow Chart.  This allows us to accurately designate a specific time frame for each phase of the project and note the date each phase is to be completed so the Architect and/or Owner can easily follow the project and schedule meetings as needed.

Team Organization and Responsibilities

Danny Holley is the leader of our entire Project Team.  He provides consistent leadership from design through project completion.  Our Construction Team includes highly qualified on-site Superintendents, and Angie Holley, Purchasing/Office Management.  This team actively participates in all aspects of pre-construction, creating a seamless transition into the construction phase.  Dangie Construction is ultimately responsible for delivering a project on schedule and on time and on budget.

Support Services Team Responsibility

Unique to Dangie Construction is our support services that enables us to develop and process information, and accurately develop budgets and estimates during pre-construction, as well as support our field staff during construction. 

Executive Support

Supporting the entire team is Danny Holley.  He ensures that the full resources of Dangie Construction are applied to every project in a timely and efficient manner.  The project will benefit from his skilled leadership and vast experience.
